Superb
Liked: The staff were so friendly! Our housekeeper was always smiling and would greet us in the mornings, it was such a pleasure! The breakfast was good.The pool area was nice, and clean, and plenty of towels. Parking was plentiful and convenient.
Disliked: Can't think of anything.

We enjoyed our stay.
Liked: Room size is just enough for family of 5. The pool was clean and towels were ready for use.
Disliked: The bathroom sink plug was not cleaned thoroughly.

Highly recommend this Hotel.
Liked: Very, very clean! Im a very picky person, and this place surprised me by how clean the room was. The bathroom was spotless. The room was a very comfortable size for 3 of us. The location was great. There were plenty of stores and restaurants right in the same plaza. The staff was very pleasant. Greated us with a smile and was very accommodating.

This place went downhill fast
Liked: Good Gym, large rooms.
Disliked: I have stayed here many times, but this past visit was bad. The elevators and hallways are dirty, and upon checking in, they told me of an added eight-dollar charge to park a car, which is ridiculous, they put me in a disabled room with a shower curtain that encouraged a wet floor I had to mop up with my spare towel. I had three crappy pillows on a king-size bed that were small and had no filling. On top of that, as with many hotel chains, they only clean the room every other day. The provided kitchen in the room is nice, but there were no plates. And the breakfast offering has dwindled down to a few random snacks, green bananas and a waffle maker.
