Liked: Beautiful, clean, and comfortable!

it was less than fair...

Liked: I likes the location for my granddaughter surgery
Disliked: ihad to ask for them to change the garbage it was not changed before we got there and had to ask for dish washer soap their was none

Superb

Liked: Great facility! The staff were all super friendly. The breakfast was delicious, especially the waffles. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We appreciated that pool towels were available for use. The room was huge with plenty of space for our family of 6. We would definitely stay here again. It's close to everything in the Cities.

Disliked: There were stink bugs in the room, on the bed and floor. The manager rather than apologizing and helping fix the issue and refund us, just dodged our phone calls. I had to go to Hilton customer service to get a response and a refund.

Liked: Property was clean. Room was clean and staff was very nice
Disliked: We got no sleep because the matress was so bad. Lumpy and sunk in the middle so we kept getting crammed together.

Disliked: It was not very clean: stains on the bedding, fingerprints and dirt all over bathroom door.
