We enjoyed the time here....
Liked: The breakfast was great every morning, staff was super friendly and helpful. They accommodated anything we asked of them.
Disliked: The only this was our bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way other than that no complaints.

Great value, comfortable rooms, nice...
Liked: Great kitchen.
Disliked: Although the selections offered at breakfast were really good in concept, the execution left much to be desired; the egg bites were mushy, almost mealy, and the apples were not very good.

Nice hotel, not great value
Liked: Hotel was very clean, staff was great.
Disliked: Breakfast was a major disappointment. I specifically chose this hotel over others in the area because of the rave reviews about the breakfast, but it completely missed the mark. The selection was minimal, with hardly any variety, and it ended up being the smallest and most underwhelming spread I’ve seen at a hotel. If the breakfast had lived up to expectations, the overall value of the stay would have been much higher.

Will not be coming back.
Liked: Location was good for where I needed to be.
Disliked: Staff was very disorganized, overwhelmed, and ultimately unhelpful. At first, I was given a room that had not been cleaned and had to go down and request a different, clean room. Then, I was given a key to the wrong room where I walked in on other guests and I had to go back down where I discovered the front desk had written down the wrong room number for me. By this time, I had been up and down to the front desk three times with issues, which just shouldn't happen. And then their solution was that I could take something from the snack bar for my troubles. I've never had such a bad experience at a hotel.
