Motel just what I needed.

Liked: Near train station. Walking distance to many places.
Disliked: Construction going on around campus. Crazy drivers on busy Route 1/9.

Liked: Location nothing else good to say. Room is crerpy out dated beddding old would not request this motel ti anyone

l Hard to find a more basic motel. As advertised, nothing more, nothing less. But housekeeping is a little wanting - floors are filthy. Otherwise, it was easy check in, receptionist was friendly...
