Liked: Beds/pillows are comfortable, tv channels are more varied
Disliked: Bathrooms a bit small

Disliked: Internet is slow and with low signal.

Liked: Location was nice, facility was clean.
Disliked: Our door to our hotel room didn’t work… the key fob was broken so every time I left my room, I had to wait for a staff worker to meet me at my door and let me in.

Excellent property, would stay here...

Liked: Property and rooms are clean. Staff is super friendly. Check-in was super simple. Parking is free. Refundable damage deposit is US$100. The location is perfect if you want to walk around. Lots of shopping and eating around the area. 2 minutes from the Carle Place Train Station to get into the city.
Disliked: Only complaint was the creaky bathroom door. Woke everyone up in the night when someone went to use it. Nothing a little WD-40 can't fix.

The Holiday Inn had everything...

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed to request maintenance assistance.
Disliked: Minor issue - the shower head in our room had a very narrow stream. We tried to turn it to be able to get the full flow, but that did not work.

Great stay, excellent staff, and...

Liked: Staff super friendly , and polite, facilities, location , and breakfast was excellent .
Disliked: Everything was great. !! Nothing to comply about.
