We found the staff to be very friendly and efficient. It was really nice to deal with local people with no attitude. The room was quite nice, clean and nicely appointed. My overall rating would have been a solid 4 if not for the $20 hold on my credit card for each room. I check my bank balances frequently and discovered it between our stay and the 2 or 3 day hold period. I probably wouldn't have minded if I'd been made aware that would take place. We all know how aggravating it can be to find a small discrepancy when balancing our financial accounts. Let me reiterate though how much we appreciated the outstanding staff and yes I would stay again.

Disliked: A $20 hold on my credit card that I wasn't informed of prior to paying.

Liked: Staff was very friendly; room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing.

The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and polite. The only negative thing was the air could be cooler but all in all we will stay here for the next concert.

Liked: Courteous staff. Clean bathroom. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Air ducts could have used a good cleaning.

Liked: Staff was friendly; easy to find; convenient location.
Disliked: Mold on bathroom shower ceiling.
