Liked: The hotel was clean, nice and convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: One night we ate in the hotel dining room. One meal was good. My meal did not meet minimum standards. I ordered a steak medium / rare. It came well done. I didn't want to return it as the other meal was there and acceptable.

Liked: Great location -- near the white house as I had a tour there.
Disliked: Staff was not very friendly. I requested a wake up call -- never happened -- good thing I woke up to a traffic noise in time for me to get to the white house tour. Staff seemed to be too much of a hurry -- unable to answer my questions.

Liked: Great location near Philippine embassy. Front Staff helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the restaurant and professional service

Liked: Nice and clean hotel well situated to visit Washington DC Reception team very pro and sympatic / helpfull. Restaurant team also very sympatic and pro.
Disliked: During one of our night there has been a LOT of noise from 2 to 4 Am in the norming and I think The team in charge should have bben able to make them STOP rapidly... I am not considering this point into the rating as defintiely the issue is from cusotmers and not H Inn But there should be a training for the team in charge to take immediate and effective action.
