From out of state and not knowing how big New York is the staff was very good at getting me to where I needed to be when I needed to be there, as well as doing some extra fun stuff. I definitely appreciate how well versed the staff is and would certainly recommend it to anyone else.

There are nicer hotels in...

Liked: Great location for those staying downtown for work
Disliked: Minimal amenities, non enthusiast staff, could be modernized. Also they did not have water in the rooms or in the lobby which I thought was crazy.

I will not stay there...

Disliked: The room smelled like mildew, the lights weren’t working, parking difficult, and the area was somewhat desolate.

Totally clean and efficient, very...

Liked: The front desk employee was wonderful, warm , professional, she was A++++ The bed was clean and comfortable, I liked that you could adjust the thermostat, the in room coffee is a real bonus. the location is great for wall street. I loved that you can open the window two inches for ventilation since Covid is still circulating.
Disliked: I was told my room would have a bathtub and it did not: the closet / wardrobe bar is very low and you can't hang a full length coat or dress, the carpet has seen better days. it was a little under the standard of Holiday Inn I'm used to, but it was clean! Hot water was good!
