Liked: stayed at this hotel before and rooms are pleasant . I liked that it was clean and upon arrival I was greeted. Booking was quick . Room smelled clean.
Disliked: Once I received my room key I got on the elevator to go to my room. As I tapped my key card and opened MY room door a man was already occupying it. He blocked the door as we both stared at each other confused. I apologized and asked if this was his room . He said yes . It was very awkward and quite unnerving . He just stared at me so I went back down to front desk and explained my problem and even front desk employee was confused. Front desk said “ that’s so weird that’s your room. I need to go up there and see who that is. “ they asked if it looked like someone who works there I said no. He asked if it was a flight attendant as many book with them several times a day and I said no. He apologized again and gave me another room. I am still upset that has never happened to me before. It could have gone worse . I could have walked in while he was unclothed . Also I haven’t received my $50 hold. I left everything as is and didn’t even use the soaps.

Liked: The bar tender was a sweetheart besides she was very entertaining.. she understood my frustration with the two lady at the reception after explaining g to her how they were concentrating n looking at thr computer and talking amongst each other instead of attending to me as a customer..I..The housekeeping was just lovely very friendly .
Disliked: The two ladies at two front desk were just not welcoming at all. I walked in theyj ust looked at me and looked away just talking amongst themselves very unfriendly and unprofessional ..had to walk to the restraunt thinking that that was the front desk.ii had to walk back to them to approach them for my booking..then i was told that i coulduse the bathroom to change but they cannot let me in as yet ..the bar tender the Japanese lady had a very excellent customer service. I had to ask her to please check if anything was available yet for me.to contact the two stubborn ladies at the reception .I waa just building up my anger because none of them came back to atleast say hi mam .we working on your room or something like that ...naah to blast them off because they really had a terrible approach to me ...a person walking g in would be greeted and assisted ..this TWO I suggest be left back bench instead of front desk..very rude very unfriendly and I'll use this word POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..they need to go back and be trained how to approach cuntomers..
