Excellent stay, 10/10!

Liked: I could not fault one thing about this hotel! The staff were so friendly. Check in and check out were a smooth process! Our room was spacious and very clean. The location was fantastic, right beside the train station and beside Voorburg. I cant wait to visit again and choose this hotel. Thank you for everything!
Disliked: The only app that worked on the TV was YouTube, which wasn’t a very big problem as we spent a lot of time outside during the day, but maybe to check on this as people like to watch TV in their rooms, nothing else was an issue!

Liked: Great localization. Parking on the street available but payable (there was no information about it on booking.com).Very nice restaurant accessible from the hotel. Beautifull modern architecture.
Disliked: For such a high price I would expect nicer lady at the reception. We did not eat breakfast due to very high price.

Liked: Large and extremely comfortable bed.Plentiful supply of shower/hand gels and towels.Staff were very professional and effective. TV worked without any configuration.
Disliked: Only TV app is YouTube app which included long forced ads every 10 minutes. I would encourage others to bring a device to connect to the TV. The breakfast included no oat milk options and the drinks section only included cloudy, clearly dirty cups.There was a used plaster on one of the provided hand towels. The toilet had not been cleaned...
