Liked: I liked nothing except location. I actually want a refund
Disliked: They canceled my second night. Even though I had a confirmation email from booking for two nights. They only had me down for one night. Then they tried to charge me $330 for the second night and told me I could try to get a refund on Monday when a manager came in. They do not have any help on the weekends. I actually want a refund for my entire trip because my room smelled like cigarette smoke. The toilet would cut on and off and run and they were black hairs all in the bathroom. It was disgusting!

Quick stay - ok spot

Liked: The breakfast was not included with my reservation and so I did not have it at this location. looked like a nice room and full service but honestly I don't know.I liked one of the gals who worked there who consistently greeted me and asked how I was doing. That was nice.
Disliked: I did not like the slow action at the desk and no updates for several folks standing around waiting to be acknowledged by the staff. Making eye contact and saying good morning is a lost art for employees any more.

Overall a good stay.

Liked: Property was great.
Disliked: The people above us were noisy so we did not sleep well and there were kids running in the halls late at night. That was the only bad thing.

Liked: I loved how modern everything was especially the room’s decor. I loved the view from the top floor. I also liked the landscape, dining, and lobby area. Also breakfast was delicious!!
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like.
