Was surprised there wasn't a fridge in the room. The room was comfortable and made for a great trip.

Liked: Staff was polite and helpful.
Disliked: Ice machine on floor was broken.

Fridge and in-room safe would have been nice; wait staff in bar/restaurant could have been better.

Liked: Clean room and linens; hotel staff very nice; price about average for similar hotels; walking distance to theater.

Superb

Liked: Great location, very close to the main street, near restaurants, in dowtown and 7 minutes walk from the NBA arena. Hotel is pretty new. Room is spacious, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast buffet is way over the average in this kind of hotels in the USA. Very recommendable place
Disliked: The entrance is a bit weird, on the side of the building.

Pleasant

I wanted it to be...

Liked: Valet staff - every one of them - were cheerful, courteous treated us as they genuinely cared we were staying there. They were the only ones there that exceeded my expectations.
Disliked: The rest of the staff did not meet my expectations nor were they glad to be there. Now, I don't know what may have been going on in the personal lives of these folks and I certainly do not want to make light of any issues they may have been going through, but the customer service was lacking. Getting hot water was a challenge - just to take a shower I let the water run 6 minutes or more and just gave up. When I did get it the next day it took almost 5 minutes. It's a small thing but it's disruptive for your stay if you need to get going and out the door.

I enjoyed my stay and...

Liked: The location of the property is wonderful. I walked everywhere I wanted to go. The staff (especially the valet) was always pleasant and smiling.
Disliked: I had to switch rooms because the heat in the original room was blowing out cold air. In the second room I had similar issues, but was too tired from travel to report it. I ended up sleeping in a sweatshirt on top of my pajamas and was fine.

Comfortable and clean

Liked: The room was always clean, it was a quiet place and the workers was very nice.
Disliked: The gym was very short and the treadmills was old, maybe they need maintenance

Disliked: They have terrible attitudes and staff no one to help you when something is wrong with the hotel on duty at all. Lies about parking and no maintenance to fix the problems in the hotel room.

Disliked: Only 2 floors had working Ice Machines
