Inconvenient walk to our building....

Liked: The housekeepers and maintenance workers were kind and friendly.
Disliked: Unwelcoming front desk. Both checking in and checking out. I had to call the front desk during our stay and even then, she was short and unfriendly. Even hanging up before I had a chance to say goodbye. Weird.

Unbeatable location at Americas Cup...

Liked: The pool/golf/relaxing area was beautiful and so peaceful to hang out at. The pool and hot tub were warm and clean and staff was so friendly. The location is unbeatable and the views of the harbor were unbeatable. We walked to an amazing dinner at Mitch's Seafood, then to Eppig Brewing (both right on the water) and enjoyed a stroll along the harbor watching the sunset. The location of this hotel is amazing.

Liked: The staff was friendly and breakfast was better than I expected. I for some reason thought it was just going to be like a continental breakfast but it was a very pleasant sit down breakfast
Disliked: Location was great, but our bathroom had very awful smelling water and there were water rings all around the sink. It almost looked like rust. I couldn’t tell if it was clean or dirty
