Disliked: Bed could've been a bit softer for the price.

Liked: I had to pay twice for this hotel. I requested and was approved for a date change as this hotel does not have free cancelation. Booking.com sent me an email stating the date change was approved by the hotel. When I got there they said booking.com didn't confirm the change and they wouldn't honor the change. Even when I showed them the email. They suggested I not use third party companies as this happens a lot. I was charged another 175.0. I am very unhappy about this

This is a nice, clean...

Liked: The hotel was clean, and the room was very comfortable. The beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable. 
Disliked: We had called ahead of time to make sure the pool was open, because we were taking our great niece with us, and our sole purpose was for her to swim. They told us yes. When we showed up it was not open. They did send us next-door to the other hotel, but that pool was freezing cold and crowded. We bought two beers from the bar and it was almost $14. I’ve paid that much in bigger cities but I did not expect that for Richmond Indiana.

Disliked: I thought breakfast came with the room so I had to pay extra for it.Everything in the room was quite used. Shower head about fell off the wall when I tried to move it, no drain stopper in sink, thermostat didn't work on the wall, ice maker didn't work in hallway by elevator, elevators were very slow. I know that it is own by the same family as the other hotels right there so I will go to one of the other sites.
