Liked: The lazy river and pool were very nice. Good food and shopping options within walking distance, across the street. The beach is right outside the back door.
Disliked: We didn't like that parking was not free. Nothing in the booking mentioned a $15/day parking fee for anyone staying there. When booking, it did show an option for "private parking" for $15/day in small print. However, there is no "private parking" at this hotel. There is just one big parking lot in the front of the hotel. The fee was also not included in my total when I booked a room. I was only informed of the fee once we arrived. There were also no baggage carts available to take bags to and from our room. I had to wait for someone to finish using one in the parking lot and asked them for it.

The staff was incredibly accommodating....
