Nice and clean hotel

Liked: Nice and clean hotel. However the bed was not very comfortable and I did not have a good sleep.

Liked: The staff from the receptionist on arrival to every member of the breakfast team were excellent

Liked: Breakfast was very good. Lots of choice a day everything was freshGood easy to find location. With free parking .
Disliked: Lift always stopped at ground floor didn't go direct to parking garage

Disliked: We had no robes in the room which wasn’t really a problem as they brought some up, as for our towels in the room, disgusting and unhygienic was covered in yellow stains and like a blue dye ( I have pictures for proof ) and a dries like bean stain, the house made came and swapped it and I showed her, she said it was impossible and basically tried to blame me and my partner, she was rude so for that I didnt really enjoy it, the bath had shampoo stains all down it like it wasn’t cleaned out before hand

Pleasant stay but upset about charges.

Liked: Modern and clean
Disliked: Stayed 4-6 April. Turned out they charged me twice. Took 150 + 19.50 from card on arrival - thought this was just a card holding but no it was withdrawn from bank. Then charged 269.99 on checkout. Only realised today.
