Very good

Liked: We did not have breakfast but had dinner in the evening which was exceptional.Close proximity to the airport which was good for us.
Disliked: The stairs were a bit inconvenient with heavy suitcases.

Amazing views of the lake

Liked: The view was amazing. Staff were friendly and always helpful. Having a restaurant in the hotel meant we didn’t have to go out at night.

Liked: Hotel is not in the centre of Queenstown but there is a walkway over the road that leads directly into queenstown which we quite liked. Rooms were beautiful, very comfortable and we had a lovely 4 night stay at the end of 2 very busy weeks touring North and South island.
Disliked: There is a payment for using the car park
