Disliked: Had to wait to get the clean after we ask but wasn’t done after we got back that afternoon and it was very busy no place to park

Disliked: I wasn't given a proper keycard until 10pm, they told me to keep my door cracked open instead. The bathroom shower drain doesn't work and water runs all along the floor and soaked many if my things, staff didn't seem to care that it ruined my Stay.

Liked: Your stuff was a very friendly and it was convenient to have a restaurant attached to your hotel
Disliked: The room was full of mildew I woke up several times unable to breathe because of the unclean air in the room with severe back pain because the beds sucked The food was subpar at best especially for the price

Disliked: The online description stated there was a heated pool and spa... I wanted to use the spa and is why I booked there. No spa exists and they stated it hadn't in several years. I would have booked somewhere else. Also water for shower was Luke warm even though turned up as high as possible.
