Bed and room were comfy....

Liked: It was old but seemed well kept. The front desk staff were borderline rude and not very helpful.
Disliked: The front desk staff were rude and uncaring.

(Lack Of) Customer Service Makes...

Liked: Nice rooms and the gaming room looked fun. The pool was nice. Nicely located.
Disliked: Sadly, the front desk personnel couldn't seem less interested in being there if they tried. Total lack of personal skills or motivation. This is what killed what should have otherwise been a pleasant stay.

Liked: I always love the location! It’s near a lot of restaurants and stores! I love how big the pool is and the amazing hot tub! My kids enjoy the game room!
Disliked: I was expecting to have waffles but the waffle maker wasn’t a choice this time around! Just Eggs and sausage for hot food! We stayed in the room behind the elevator. We could hear the elevator every time it ran.

Disliked: I requested a bottom floor room days prior to my visit was told that they can accommodate that for me which was very important upon arrival they couldn't give me bottom floor after I was already told I was guaranteed to have bottom floor my 2 year old daughter cannot do elevators due to health reasons so this was very disappointing seems I was on second floor using the stairs
