Check according to your info - 3:00 rooms weren't ready. They said they would call us when our room was ready - never received a call. The next morning - no hot water. Continental Breakfast is normally free - your's $8.00+. Resort fee which we didn't even use. Charge of $25.00 on card before we even got to the room. They are suppose to credit our account.

Location and view were great,...

Liked: We were in town for a High School fishing tournament and the location was not too far from the lake, but convenient to all the restaurants and some entertainment for the kids after the tournament. We had a room in building 2 that faced the pool and the view was awesome at night because of the view of Old Town and you could also see the fireworks from the parks too.
Disliked: We had a non-smoking room and the moment we started down our hallway upon our arrival you were hit by the smell of someone smoking pot. We could smell this in our room also, so we opened the door to the balcony to let some fresh air in by the end of the week the smell was gone, I guess those guest had checked out. But, I would recommend the hotel making it a smoke free hotel because having a smoking room close to non-smoking rooms does affect those air in the surrounding rooms. Also, the cleaning crews during the week were great, but the weekend crew seemed to not finish the job. We came back from being out all day Saturday and one bed was made up with the exception of the pillows being straightened, the other bed had not been touched, some of the towels had been restocked, the toilet paper had not been restocked. So it was like they did not complete the job before moving on to the next room.
