Great place to stay.

Liked: Everyone was wonderful, polite and professional. Very well maintained and clean. Lobby was beautiful. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: We couldn't stay longer. With just an overnight stay we didn't find anything we disliked.

Nice for last minute plans,...

Liked: Ultra clean facilities, fully stocked grocery in lobby, friendly staff and location!!
Disliked: Not a great value, at $316/night for the off season in March. This is a pretty high rate in this area. Could have gotten a private home for the same.

We loved this place for...

Liked: The staff was really nice, everyone we came across was kind and helpful. The balcony and view were lovely. The beach, pool and spa were great. I liked the bench to sit on in the room. The queen beds were actually queen beds, sometimes they are really a full size and they were comfortable. They had the hotel beautifully decorated with lots of furniture to sit on and relax.
Disliked: I wish the pool was heated, it was too cold for me, but my kids didn’t mind. But it is off season, it probably feels great in June.The only real issue I had was other people staying on the property smoking. They were not supposed to, and they did say they would ask them to stop, but they really can’t stop them. The pot smoke was coming from 2 rooms as least. You could smell it in the hallway and on the balcony. It was so strong! Then regular cigarette smoke on the balcony too, which actually stinks worse than the pot smoke and drove us back inside several times. We saw a guy tell them to stop, but later they started up again. It’s frustrating, you pay extra for that balcony and can’t use it as you would like.
