Average hotel; woke up at 2am Saturday night to a huge fight outside our room on the 2nd floor - called the front desk and they knew nothing about it. Police came and resolved the issue.

Disliked: Room temperature inconsistent; bath needed upgrades.

Stay here and be happy!...

Liked: We loved staying here. The shuttle driver, reception ladies and bartender were all fantastic. Kind and so helpful. The property was super clean and beautiful. The fitness center was great. All the equipment worked and they had a great variety of workout options. Our room had two queen beds. These beds were out of this world. Soooo comfortable! And the pillows were the best. We had such a great night’s sleep. The rain shower and soft huge towels were super. We loved the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. Very high end products. Starbucks coffee (coffee maker); very cold refrigerator; and great microwave. The huge TV was excellent with so many options: regular TV, streaming channels, local activities and hotel information. The room was quiet. No hallway noise; minimal outside noise considering its proximity to the airport.
Disliked: My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay here longer.

Clean and great place to...

Liked: The breakfast was average and the food was bland. However the amenities were awesome. This hotel had an attached Starbucks. The food location on our floor was convenient and great to have with my kids. The hotel and my room was clean as well. My children enjoyed the pool as well!
Disliked: The breakfast was expensive.

Liked: Was very clean and most of the staff was very friendly but weren't
Disliked: We order food and it wasn't correct tried to get fix the next day man at bar was yelling at myself my mother in law my auntie chicken who stayed in 201 we asked about a refund on our food he refused the refund told us to speak to manager the next day but we was checking out I spent 20 on 2 creme bulaye got pudding with a strawberry on top we wasn't right my auntie chick in room 201 spent 53 on chicken wing and 2 chicken fried Mac they could eat it because it had no sauce noodle a was nasty. I don't if the problem was yall banquet that the cooking just didn't want to and girl at bar was hateful on Saturday when we picked up our food it took calling like 5 time just to get them to pick up

I stayed for 1 nite...

Liked: I like the layout of the room and how modern it it is. I loved the flooring.
Disliked: I didn't like having to pay for parking. That should be a even.

Great staff-room that missed the...

Liked: Staff was courteous and very helpful and accommodating.
Disliked: The very minimal remodel. The fresh paint is still on an old building. The brass elevator looks like it’s scared of brasso. My room was asymmetrical-you could see in the angled not straight tiles and flooring that it was done quick and speed and cheap was valued over a little extra labor. The old non-smooth walls are also very indicative of how old the place is and how cheap the renovation was.
