Disliked: We booked for 3 people, the room wasn't made up for 3 people (they rectified it quickly, but we shouldn't have to ask)

Disliked: A lot of noise throughout the night from the people above walking around.

Nice clean hotel but uncomfortable...

Liked: Nice staff, clean, good work desk in my room, good breakfast
Disliked: Hard and uncomfortable beds although they felt good quality. Probably ok for a person who sleeps on their back but as a side sleeper it made all my joints ache. Poor nights sleep unfortunately. For that reason only i would not stay again.

Exceptional Stay With Exceptional Staff

Liked: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with everyone, the receptionist was incredibly with my partner and I and another staff member in the restaurant at breakfast was helping a child when their family were unaware of the child's struggles. Honestly a fantastic stay and to be honest my favourite hotel stay
