Wouldn’t stay here again

Liked: This place is only okay in passing. We only stayed for one night, and wouldn’t stay longer.
Disliked: The room smelled musty and like mildew as soon as we walked in. We were at the end of the hallway and could hear everything at all hours of the night. The room itself is clearly old and could use some TLC. Additionally, there was a protest outside first thing in the morning (can’t imagine they treat their employees well).

Disliked: The day of reservation could find myName my last name was mispelled they charge for parking and also pur check out was at 2pm and the cleaning ladies were bothering at 12pm we rushed pur way out !

Liked: It was beyond my expectations. The location was perfect, staff were fantastic and very accommodating. My room was great and the beds were very comfy. In fact, I’ll be staying there when I return from Hawaii.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was great!

Liked: The room was spacious, had a desk for work, an armchair, foot rester and comfortable bed which was relaxing after a long flight. The staff were very professional, welcoming and friendly. They were able to store my luggage after checking out, until I caught the shuttle service back to LAX few hours later. This was very helpful as I could relax for few more hours in the lounge and not have to leave the hotel. Breakfast was great with options. The location is excellent and very close to LAX and the other hotels near LAX. I would go back again!
