Liked: The property was in a good location, rooms were fairly spacious
Disliked: The room was very hot. We thought we were turning the AC down (following instructions on the panel in the room) and went out for the day. We came back and the room was 25.5 degrees so we went down to talk to reception who told us that it was because the AC is actually off until late May/early June. We had not been told this and there was nothing in the room to say that the AC was actually off. We asked if there were fans available and the manager Martin said usually there are but they’d ran out… we said that means other people are hot then too? He said some people are naturally more hot. So we spent a VERY uncomfortable night sleeping there as we had no other option. Items in the room have not been PAT tested for well over a year, some over 2 years - didn’t feel safe to use some of the facilitiesSeems like not much care is going into the rooms themselves
