Liked: Loved our stay here. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room and facilities were very good and clean. Check out was later than other hotels which we loved! Location was pretty good, about ten minute walk from kings cross station.

Disliked: The television didn’t work properly We were disturbed twice in our first night by staff for a different room - our grandson was scared by this.

A great place to stay...

Liked: Great location, bustling little shopping centre across the road from the hotel. Felt safe and peaceful. Hotel opposite the underground ( Russel Square) so easy to get to theatre in Shaftesbury Ave. Lovely hotel upmarket compared to other Holiday Inns. The public areas were bright and spacious. The room had everything you’d need for a short stay. Loved the fact that there was a bath- such a change from only having a shower. The staff were excellent. The breakfast area was well run, tables kept cleared and they had fried eggs!!
Disliked: A little pricey but as expected for London.The breakfast had a great selection but could have been hotter.
