Good location, friendly & helpful...

Disliked: Service staff in bar not good especially young woman. Had to hunt for someone to wait on us. Trouble with check. Two men one young & other middle age very good. Personable & attentive!

Liked: We loves the location as we came into town to go to a concert at the Food Coty arena.
Disliked: NA

Great Stay

Liked: The beds were super comfy, everything was clean and staff was amazing!
Disliked: Didn't like the poor lighting in the bathroom

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: I paid extra for a "garden" view room which in our case included a view of a rooftop only NO garden. The hotel explained they have "Parkside" and "City Side". There was a used tissue and plastic wrapper on the bedside table when we checked in to the rm.

Exceptional

Ok, for the cost I...

Liked: The hotel is very nice. The location is nice. It looks great. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The lady that checked us in was very rude and cold, coming from Charleston where we stayed and they were exceptionally nice. I was so shocked coming to this lady. We arrived at 11 PM. We were tired we just wanted to sleep . I had questions I asked her and she answered very cold, like I was bothering her and being an inconvenience to her. My husband bought water from the front desk later after checking in and the man was rude as well, like we were inconveniencing him. I also want to say I don’t like that we had no choice, but to Valet Park. I am not comfortable valet parking my car. I wish I would have realized this and I would’ve stayed somewhere else. I’m sure it was in the fine print I would have stayed somewhere else. I would have liked the option to park on my own and walk in. the room wasn’t fully cleaned. One of the towels had markings on it and in our fridge had two 1/2 empty bottles of water. Also on my way out after the valet got our car I slipped on vomit. It was disgusting. The morning staff/valet were friendly.
