Liked: Breakfast was great! Staff was AMAZING, especially the woman that was working when we arrived after midnight. She had a great pleasant attitude.
Disliked: There is a little confusion with the shuttle pick ups from airport to hotel. There are technically 2 green and white vans that pick you up and take you to a Holiday Inn in the area. We got on the wrong one, BUT once discovered the shuttle driver picked us up from the wrong hotel we shuttled too.

Disliked: Price increase since prior stay made it feel like less of a good deal this time. We paid anyway for the location.

Liked: Very quiet in spite of being next to the freeway. Also very clean, everything looks updated. Very close to airport with really efficient shuttle service. Staff really nice.
Disliked: It was rather expensive, but it's high season in Phoenix (end of February). Would have been nice if breakfast was included.
