Exceptional

Liked: The room smelled amazingly clean. The bed and sheets and pillows were so fresh and comfortable.
Disliked: That none of the lamps had a dimer switch or a 25w bulb. The lamps were all super bright.

Liked: Room was nice!
Disliked: It took 1 hour to check in because there were 2 busses that arrived. The busses should've been given a separate check in process. Staff was apologetic and did the best they could based on the situation.
