Really the worst I have...

Liked: The beds were good, the Dove products are great, and blower dryer was high quality.
Disliked: I did not have a working shower faucet. The valve is not working properly to balance the temperature. The toilet was also broken, but maintenance fixed it. However I could not shower on the second day of my trip. The staff apologized, but nothing could be done. They did not have an available room to move us too. I was also not offered any discount on my stay which was $60 more than the group rate because I used booking.com.

Disliked: Bath tub had orange stains. Shower handle and spout were loose.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool area. Great breakfast buffet.

Disliked: Your site listed a king suite with jacuzzi tub. None of the rooms at this location have those. Staff promised a $40 refund, which I never received. Your site is misleading
