Amazing!!!!

Will not stay here again.

Liked: It was easy to find
Disliked: The hotel restaurants food wasn’t great. The elevator needed vacuumed really bad. Noticed it on the way to the room and it was the same the next morning when we were leaving. We kept trying to turn the air on and it would switch itself back to heat. Booking.com said our charge would be around 158.00 they ran our card for over 180.00!

Felt like I was out...

Liked: There was nothing that I asked for that they didn't hear me more than enough of. The on-site security was very impressive. And their complimentary breakfast was unbeatable
Disliked: Nothing really. No buy one get one free maybe? Only joking because my daughter didn't want to go back home and we were there for her 8th birthday

Awesome hotel for a family...

Liked: Charleston was the halfway point for our family's first road trip (Indiana to North Carolina). On our way there, we stayed at a hotel that did not have a pool, but trying to wear out our 4 & 2.5 year old after 7 hours in the car in just our room was challenging. We decided to stay at this location on our return trip because of the pool. Thankfully the pools hours were incredibly accommodating -- we didn't arrive until 9:30pm and the pool was open until 11pm. Our kids, despite being exhausted, really enjoyed the pool so much so that we returned the next morning at 7am.
Disliked: When we arrived at 9:30pm, it was VERY busy in the lobby so we ended up having to wait a while until we were able to be checked in which was very surprising, but the employee was incredibly kind!

What an amazing staff! Made...

Liked: The convenience after a long days drive to be able to eat and have a drink and not have to drive any where!!
Disliked: We had reservations for a king bed and was given a queen room - we were not happy

Liked: The breakfast was great, but way too expensive I thought it was complimentary, we paid almost $180 for one night, and then when we got our breakfast in the AM we had to pay almost another $30, so not cool.
Disliked: Free breakfast would have been great considering how pricey the rooms are.
