Disliked: We were told by the desk clerk there would be a buffet in the a.m. for breakfast. Also told by the restaurant personnel that there would be a buffet. Got there in the a.m. but no buffet. Said they only have a buffet when hotel is full. The restaurant was full of Vanderbilt football fans. It took forever to get our order to the table because there was only one person waiting on all the tables. The room was OK except the heating. It stayed so hot all night that we could not sleep. We had the thermostat turned to 66 and still was too hot. We usually stay in Holiday Inns but probably would not stay in this one again.

Disliked: Room was dirty carpet had many stains on it found hairs in the shower on the shampoo, and all toilet was dirty, came into the room. The foyer to the room was dirty. I asked them to give new towels and mop the foyer area where glass had been broken and they did not.

Liked: In a nice area, room was very spacious and very comfortable
Disliked: House keeping came and opened up my room while I was sleeping and my check out wasnt till 12. The front desk lady gave me a little bit of trouble she didnt really know what she was doing.the price of the stay wasnt worth it nor was breakfast free the tv service wasnt the best either.
