Liked: The rooms are spacious and clean. The receptionist, Colin, was very nice and smiling, and he tried to help you with enthusiasm, answering all your questions, and explaining everything to you very kindly. Thank you, Colin. There is also the plumber, I don’t know his name. He was very wonderful and solved the problem of cold water in the bathroom as quickly as possible, and he was smiling.
Disliked: The furniture was very old, and the electrical plugs in the room were not well distributed, as there was no plug next to the bed, and the electrical plugs also came out of their places, which is very dangerous, especially if you have children.The employee, Migali, followed me out of the hotel and brought a security man with her under the pretext that photography is forbidden in the hotel because it is "private property" however the hotel pictures available in Booking website !!!! . I respect the laws, but as a tourist and not a citizen, this makes me not familiar with the laws. I felt terrified and surprised by this behavior when i saw the man with her (why bring man with her !!! ) . The hotel could have mentioned this policy in the hotel’s rules when Booking site before make any one reservation to be aware regarding policy of hotel ,,,,,,,,,,, also the same employee Migali, when I check out the hotel, I found her at the reception and she was not smiling at all. This is not a good way to deal with hotel guests.The location of the hotel was very far from New York, so I had to book it because all New York hotels are expensive. The pictures of the hotel room on the Booking website were beautiful, but I was given a completely different room!
