Liked: Didn’t get breakfast even though I paid for it. The front desk person said I didn’t.
Disliked: Terrible parking and entrance to motel.

Very good, but website should...

Liked: The hotel was nice, clean, beds were comfortable. Location was convenient for us. Breakfast was good, it was an additional cost for adults, but reasonably priced, and kids eat free. Food was better than most free breakfasts.
Disliked: Very disappointed that the water slide was closed. We booked that hotel for one night specifically to take our granddaughters, who live in ABQ, overnight at a hotel with a water slide. We checked in at 3 pm, went to the pool. The kids anxiously awaited the arrival of the lifeguard at 4pm, as the sign in the pool area stated, to begin using the waterslide, but it never happened. We later found out the the slide is only open on Fri, Sat, Sun. Had it said that on the website, I would have booked for Friday instead of Thursday. So we were really upset about that at the time, as were another family there at the same ttime.But the rest of the stay was great, the kids had a lot of fun at the hotel, which was the point. We would stay there again with the kids on a weekend night if the slide is open.

Disliked: They were remodeling other side of hallway from our rooms.

Disliked: Staff wasn't very welcoming, breakfast is not included but they have a restaurant that you can pay $4 for a 4oz glass of apple juice if you wanted. Listed as pool with waterslide but waterslide has limited hrs. Bed was uncomfortable
