Can be better once its officially opened

Liked: Hotel is in process of renovating so there are only a handful of rooms
Disliked: I stayed 2 nights Saturday and Sunday. Had to ask for towels each day; found out that there wasnt hot water on Saturday night. I understand that they are in construction and it was weekend so I didnt complain but I did notice the front desk when I checked out on Monday morning
