Liked: Great location, spacious room, nice indoor pool, and always feel safe.
Disliked: We’ve always stayed here over the course of the last 5 years, but the past couple years, the quality of the rooms has gone downhill. This stay our microwave wouldn’t turn off if the door was shut, tub had a constant drip, thermostat was stuck, and the beds weren’t nearly as comfortable as they used to be. Now I will say, we did not request maintenance on any of the issues, and I do believe that if we had, it would have been handled. Housekeeping left several notes saying we requested to reschedule them entering the room when we didn’t, so we had to go to the lobby for clean towels almost every day. With that said, the family suites are a great value and I always feel safe. The staff I did encounter were all very friendly. Assuming maintenance would have handled the issues if presented, it would not deter us from staying here again.

Liked: Absolutely loved this hotel & the stay! Definitely would stay again!
Disliked: I didn’t like that it didn’t have an open breakfast. You had to sit & order off the menu like a restaurant so that made breakfast on the go a little hard.

Liked: I absolutely love this Hotel! It's my go to every time.
Disliked: It got a little loud on my floor at one point only because they had a group of ball players, but that's to be expected from excited teens. Still loved my stay.
