Disliked: I didn't like anything and didn't even stay. Sent me to a room that had someone in it already and smelled like crack!!!!

Liked: close to work
Disliked: the post on booking.com was deceitful. I showed up expected 2 bedrooms but got a pull out couch instead. I was traveling with family and this didn't work for us but we made do at the end. but very deceitful advertisement calling it "2 bedroom suite". even the pictures are deceitful.

Our trip to see the...

Liked: Free cookies at check-in were really good. Breakfast menu items were reasonably priced. In-room coffee was good.
Disliked: One of the elevators was programmed to help blind people, but the recorded voice that announced what floor you had reached was so loud it hurt our ears. $10/day charge for parking.

Liked: The staff were very friendly. The overall hotel was clean, spacious, and felt luxorious.
Disliked: I was not allowed to check-in until 1 hour after 3pm. The hotel clerk, while helpful, indicated that the room had not been cleaned yet. I was offered a free coffee at Starbucks. I was not impressed with this solution to rectify my inconvenience.
