Disliked: The Valet Parking very rude. Front desk personal unwarmly. The hotel Is oks, we have problems with the elevator.

Liked: The desk agents at checkin, were wonderful. Seldom have I had such a lovely, warm and authentic welcome at a hotel.

Liked: The location was excellent. This hotel is within walking distance of all that Fisherman's Wharf, Ghiradelli Square and Pier 39 have to offer
Disliked: We were given a below ground level room. There was a small basement type window and you could hear people going by at all hours of the day and night. The wing of the hotel we were put in reeked of smoke, and the minifridge was clearly not cleaned.
