Liked: They put me in a room right by the outside door for smoking and gave me and the other person in the room a free breakfast.
Disliked: I booked a smoking room but when I got to the hotel I was told all the smoking rooms were taken.

Liked: Well equipped hotel. Good location. Swimming pool, busines center. Good breakfast for an American hotel (European guests are probablY used to get much better buffet breakfast anywhere in Europe though, but it's just different standardd)
Disliked: Staff generally not too nice with exceptions.. We had a noon checkout, we even hanged out the do not disturbe sign, still they were knockinv at 9:25 am (!!!) asking when we would leave. Oh god how mich I hate when they try to chase us away on the day of departure. Anyway breakfast ends at 9:am sharp, which is quite early according to my taste. Definitely a recorder for earrlest closing of breakfast in my travel experience. Overall could be a very good hotel but they do their best to ruin the experience. The beds are too small for two people unless they are on honeymoon totally glued together. A/C unit sounds like an airplane engine when turns on strange in the 21st xentury

Meh. Over priced for total...

Liked: Pool was small but nice. Room was pretty clean. Evening staff was helpful and polite.
Disliked: Breakfast was not worth the cost, Quality wise, it was identical to a free breakfast at any other hotel.Moring front desk staff was not present to check out of my room & get my receipt. Janitorial staff finally located them in restroom playing on their phone. Very unprofessional.

Liked: Location is close to nutter center for events. Nice bar inside the hotel.
Disliked: Rooms are still Little out dated but clean.

Liked: I will never stay here again From beginning at check in was horrible the lady at the desk was rude and not helpful. For the price of the room I was very let down and had a horrible trip drove 3 1/2 hour out of state to be treated like crap and over priced do your fair research before you book and stay here
