Very good

Liked: In general, according expectations, with a plus for the location.
Disliked: Room rather small.Breakfast products quality definitely has room for improvement. They are not so bad, but not higher than average.Lacking fridge in the room is an inconvenient.

Superb

Liked: Very good location in the middle of the city, with a spacious rroom and a nice bathroom. We also had a late check-out which was very much appreciated.
Disliked: The only small minus of this hotel is that they have only a cold continental brekfast, ( no hot products for breakfast)

Great location with friendly staff

Liked: Great location. Buffet breakfast included. Very clean. Any requests are accommodated immediately. Friendly staff. Lots of eateries very close.
Disliked: Binnennhof was being renovated so the outlook wasn't as beautiful as hoped but that's not the hotel's fault. Nothing to complain about. Would stay here again in a heartbeat
