Disliked: Beds were a bit small and not as comfortable as some hotels

Disliked: I had requested twin beds when I made the booking but they were unable to supply these which were told on arrival. As my friend and I are both in our seventies, although they did give us a room with a king bed. It was still unsatisfactory for two elderly ladies.

Disliked: I had booked two rooms. One with a double bed and one with two singles. We arrived and the second room had a double, not two singles. When I went and asked for this issue to be rectified I was told no that it wasn’t on the booking. It was. I was told that because I booked through booking.com that they never got the message. I specifically selected the bed configuration. I was shamed and told to bad because I didn’t book directly. Really poor.
