Liked: Clean, staff very nice. Pool are clean. Breakfast good assortment of food
Disliked: We asked for two queens and got queen and a full.

Liked: Breakfast was good. They had a lot of options. Room was large.

The hotel was newer, but...

Liked: It was in an average hotel in an okay location.
Disliked: Well first they couldn’t find my reservation. I had to call Booking to get it straightened out. This was after the hotel made me feel bad for using a third party reservation system. Ultimately the girl apologized for all the confusion. After driving for 5 hours I was just happy to get my room.

Liked: The room was clean but the comments made to me at the desk just ruined it all
Disliked: When I arrived. I was told there would be an additional 200 for incidentals. A bit much but what got me is the lady at desk said yeah it’s because you locals mess things up. We locals! I will be telling as many of my friends that visit to never use this place. I was so offended. For her to say that was out of line. I have never left a room in a broken down way. But she seems to think it is ok to say that.
