Liked: The staff was friendly and the common areas were nice. The outside has a very nice area for people traveling with their dog.
Disliked: The room I reserved through booking.com was not available because a guest decided to stay longer which made my accessible room no longer available. So I did everything I was supposed to but still didn’t get the room. And it is important to have an accessible room when you’re traveling with a person in a wheelchair. Standard rooms don’t have the necessary grab bars and door width for wheelchairs. So we made it work but it was extra work and I’m still waiting to be compensated like they said I would be because my credit card is showing I haven’t been compensated yet!

Liked: This hotel exceeded every expectation we had. The friendliness from the manager to the housekeepers was OVER THE TOP. Amazing stay and will definitely stay at this hotel again in the near future.

Disliked: The bathroom floor was filthy. The shower had hair on the stall floor. The room was dusty. There was black marks on the carpet in the room.
