Liked: Everything. Room was perfect. The soaps, the walk-in shower, the bed .. all perfect. The breakfast was fresh each morning. Wonderful.
Disliked: I would have liked a selection of hot tea. I enjoyed the coffee each morning, but I enjoy hot tea in the evening.

Liked: Friendly staff and very good breakfast offering.
Disliked: Couldn’t bathe or shower due to mechanical issue with tub diverter and water would not adjust- only scalding hot

Liked: Cleanliness, comfortable bed and room, attentive staff
Disliked: Would have liked an extra bath towel, but didnt really have to have one. Would have liked 2 k cups of regular coffee in room. We only had one regular and one decaf.

Don't Stay Here - Uncleaned...

Liked: I liked that it had an indoor pool but it was not heated. I had a not so nice experience the weekend before and they were going to make sure this weekend was enjoyable and again my room was not serviced as promised given the excuse of 3 housekeepers called out as my previous weekend stay my room wasn't cleaned period!!! This hotel should get a lower rating for service and extremely long check in times and wait times. My remote also didn't work for the TV and had to go to lobby to get a replacement and had to wait for guest check ins and for her to find a working remote when she said come down we have others. This hotel can't keep a promise.
Disliked: Soooooo many things I cannot write the horrors that happened.

Clean room for a good...

Liked: Location was convenient, breakfast was good, but more importantly the room was clean & tidy when we arrived. We received extra bedding for the pull out couch which was awesome!
