A little frustrated and disappointed

Liked: Ms. Clara was very polite, and the front desk staff just didn't offer a resolution.
Disliked: The fact that we were placed on a floor full of kids and we didn't get any sleep for the noise in the hallway. I was told other guests complained as well. Also, the fire alarm went off, so we had to exit the building, and it was very cold. Not one staff member came to tell us the bldg was clear to return back in. We all were left waiting outside.

Liked: The breakfast , the coffee , tea, hot coco in the lobby , the pool and hot tub . Clean comfortable beds .
Disliked: We wish the pool would stay opened a little later , and although the breakfast was good it would be nice if it had more of a verity . But everything was very nice just the same
