Disliked: Problem with the shower temperature. It was scalding hot and had to take a bird bath every morning. Thought it was fixed but the temperature kept coming out hot.

The only reason this hotel does well is a lack of options in the area.

Disliked: Heating blew cold air. Front desk staff were unfriendly. When I tried to sign up for the rewards loyalty program the desk staff did not even record my information. I like the HI Express brand a lot and this stay was unusual.
