Disliked: Lobby was drafty. They need a HVAC consultant to improve balance in building.

Disliked: Can't have a birthday party. The rudeness and hostility of some staff members. Don't invite family over if they aren't guests. The staff will force them to leave.

Bed way too hard. The staff were great.

Liked: The building and the staff were great. Very kind and professional.
Disliked: The bed was like sleeping on a rock, I have never spent so much money and had 0 comforts.
