Disappointing

Horrible customer service

Disliked: I'm only going to review the horrible interaction i had over the phone with whomever calls guests to confirm reservations. His voice mail started with him giggling. When i called back This gentleman was rude and disrespectful, and had the audacity to tell me that i should use a card that has funds on it while booking. When i told him there were funds, that i lock my card so it isn't used without permission he was dismissive. Mad my flight got cancelled to vegas. But happy i didnt have to stay at this hotel with their rude customerService.

Liked: Some of the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was amazing.
Disliked: I was given the wrong key card when I checked in and walked in on another guest. This could’ve been worse if they were not dressed or angry because I walked in on them.
