Liked: Staff was friendly, pool was clean and room was clean. I am about to go try breakfast so ill get back to you on that.
Disliked: They didnt have an iron in the room, when i asked the front desk for one, they said theyd call me when they found one. I guess they never found one.

Liked: Clean in second room and very good breakfast. Quiet being away from road frontage. Great steak bar over the road (barge295).
Disliked: The ground floor room we were given first had a cockroack on the floor as soon as we opened the door. The guy on recpetion (1st April evening) was not apologetic and made excuses but did give us another room which was clean.

Wouldnt go back

Disliked: Room wasn’t filled clean, towel bars hanging out of wall, breakfast wasn’t what should be for holiday in express, outside windows extremely dirty, person checking in seamed like they didn’t want to be there.

Disliked: Very Dirty room. Seems like they did not clean the room at all. Worst nightmare when I woke up and find that big old roach on the floor. The bathroom floor was spotty and slippery, and the carpet floor has lots of crumbs. Bedding insert came off right away when I pulled it. Also the worker there did not even clean the front desk. He was chilling all the time. Took his time even when guest arrived. Very much disappointed by Holiday Inn!!!
