Liked: The room was very clean..still smelled like bleach when we got there.
Disliked: When we got there, it was about just a few minutes before time to check in according to Booking.com (3 pm). The lady at the front desk told us that the room was not ready and to come back at 4 pm because check in time had changed. When we got back, it still was not ready. She said she would call us. By this time we were tired from our trip there and my disabled husband was really ready to lie down and rest. She did not ever call and it was nearly ANOTHER HOUR. We decided to go back to the hotel and see what was up. It was finally ready for us…the lady made a remark that she was glad it was ready because she could tell I was getting very frustrated. It was just a lot to deal with after traveling several hours.
